WHY HERE?

This forum used to be a nice quiet (if that is what you want to call it ) place except for a little maddness now and then. I usually get on here around 5:00 am and about 8:00 PM when I get home from work and look around. If I am off I'll pop in and out all day. For a while now every time I get on the forum there is someone new with a wierd name that shreeks SPAMMER. I usually click on their profile and about the only difference in them in their name and where they are from. Bless his heart (and he is right) Chuck has said not to mess with them. I am here to tell you it is not easy not to mess with them. I wish I had a little program, bug, or whatever to send back to them and blow their computer out of existence. What is it about Chucks neat forum that is so attractive to these parasites. I did mess with one one time a long time ago. It was much fun and I almost got in over my head. I said that I was half Japanese and hald Mexican and Jack and Old yaker bout drove me nuts with Japaneese phrases. I'd go to the translater to see what they said and then give them an answer in Japaneese. Got a light scolding ( well deserved) and have tried to seave spammers alone ever since. Spammers seem to be gitting worse. Why? Thanks for listening to my whining.

They roam the web looking for web sites to sign on and list there spam. About like a tick hitching a ride on a hound dog. That way they are setting a trap so when you click on a link ( they furnished ) they get paid each time it is clicked on.
I have blocked some of there IP addresses but new ones pop up every day. About the only way to really stop them is to make the forum a pay to post item. When it comes to taking money from there pocket it really stops them in there tracks.

I heard about this one and Neil would have to install it.
There is another trick to do and that is to make the post of each new member having to have an approval , this way it can be posted but would not show on the forum till it is approved or deleted. I'm really thinking about that but it would wreck all of our fun deleting the bums as they post there junk right now.

Right about now a plate of sliced and fried Spam sounds pretty good, with a side of cheesy scrambled eggs and some hot biscuits, a quart of black coffee and a slice of pecan pie (hold the whipped cream, warm the pie). Oh, and grits...don't forget the grits, with lots of (real) butter. piper

I'm about to get rp from here and make a batch of biscuits and a big pan of Campfire eggs. Think I'll dice up a can of Spam to go in it. That'll put a little extra Snap in it.

Biscuits are done. The cheese is melting on top of the Campfire Eggs. Used three potatoes, one onion, 3/4 lb of bacon, Spam, and nine eggs. Ought to be at least a little left over for later.

The easy way to have some THICK Bacon on camping trips is to use the Spam and slice it about 1/4 inch thick. Then fry it till it is nice and crisp on both sides. A lot of the guy's cook up the spam on camping and paddling trips. It's real good with potatoes or eggs. Actually anything that bacon or ham would be used with.

Then there is the new can of spam item ......The Turkey is all white meat and really good with some Mashed Potatoes , Stuffing , Gravy and Cranberry sauce. Just slice it about 1/4 inch thick , fry till brown on both sides then serve it with the other items. I made that on one trip and using two cans of the turkey along with the sides there was nothing left after supper for 4 of us.

I wanted to do that but in the word changer there is not enough space to do that.
