Out camping take a mix of this with you. Just measure the dry ingredients out and put them in a Zip Lock bag. On the outside of the bag wright down how much water is needed to reconstitute the mix.

In camp , add the proper amount of water , zip the bag shut and squeeze the bag with your hands to mix everything together. When you think it is mixed then take a SHARP Knife and trim off a small part of the corner of the bag. This will let you squeeze the batter out into a frying pan and control the amount and size you want for each pancake.

After the bag is empty , toss it in your trash container and that part of the job is done. It makes the clean up really easy. :D
