March Fishing 2011

Postby beekeeper » Mon Mar 14, 2011 1:48 am

Made a few trips recently. All good ones. :)
First trip, I headed to a remote hole only to find it occupied by another fisherman:

Caught a white bass and two largemouth:

Second trip was with beesboy and he showed me how it is done. Too busy with current and trying to catch one for pictures.

Made two more trips. These were special times. We caught fish, saw pretty scenery, and enoyed our boats and paddleing.

Good on ya, BK. Fishing with your Son is a right thing to do.

It is the "right thing to do.", but it is also very fun. The role reversal is funny to us.
I used to ask him to go. Now he asks me. :D I held the boat for him to get in. Now he does it for me. :) , etc.

I understand the role reversals. Another 15-20 years and I'll age into that too.

Looking forward to that. :) Beesboy usually fishes the side of the bayou that has all the fish. I guess your stuck with the other one. Since I'm old and slow I'll bring up the rear and take left overs.  It will be OK because that is what dads do. :D
