A quicky

Postby tx river rat » Tue May 24, 2011 12:31 am

At three o'clock I decided I was going fishing. I started loading and the wind started picking up. By the time I got on the water it was white capping pretty bad , I tried drifting and picked up one keeper channel.
It was just to rough so I went to the bank set out a couple rods for cats and then picked up my ultra light and tied a super frog on.
Nothing was hitting for 30 min or so ad then this bad boy hit.

He gave me all I wanted on that ultra light but I finally landed him
Thats a 28 quart cooler.
Fished on till dark with no more luck.

The cruiser is batting a thousand , so far every trip she has got slimed

Now, I'm not saying we invoke capital punishment for Stupidity. But how about we just take all the warning labels off everything, and let nature sort itself out?"

Mick
It is a largemouth bass 8 1/2 lbs
Was a heck of a fight on an ultralight with 4 lb test line.
He was hooked deep and bleeding so I kept him and yep they eat good.
