I think its hard to go wrong with Matt's touring pirogue. I have built a couple of them and they are stable, track excellent and paddle great.

Jimmy W: Looks like you and I think a lot alike. I recently ordered my SouthWind 15-30 plans and its on my list for a 2008 build. I have the plans and they look very intereting. Should be a fun boat to build and paddle. But, like you again, may be 6 months before she is complete. Jheger

Mick: Have you had a chance to weight it yet and see how she compares with your Laker? As usual, she looks great and I kinda like the color. It just grows on you. Thanks for all your help and postings.

Ron: Looking good. I don't know who is faster, you or Mick. I do know one thing, once you two guys set your mind to building a boat, you don't mess around, you get it done. Let me know any secrets you might run across in the process that might help me since I have the panels cut out on mine...

Gary Great job on the Swamp Girl, makes me want to do a better job on the one I just started building. My second one and hopefully i have learned from my past mistakes. James
