    I pre glassed my panels (inside) and where bends are not severe it was no more difficult to assemble than without (Did both ways) but as Chuck points out you should tape the inside seams which adds extra (minimal) weight, it did simplify things with compound corners, but in a regular shaped hull...

    Prepareing to glass side. Wetted out unfortunately sanded through upper/lower hull panel vaneer, might put go faster stripe to hide this, not sure yet.

    Not much to report right now time consumed with sanding,preparing for glassing. did get the last 2 upper panel installed and goopied on the strip panel boat,then more sanding :roll: Note the pretty pink ties,who sez theres nothing sexy about boatbuilding.

    OK youv'e had your fun, now the wraps come off, all interior panel are pre glassed went together easily, all pointy bits fore & aft get reinforced with resin and chop matt (fibre)goopie which stays where put very well,no sagging andthe ply boat gets an end pour
