not sure exactly where you are at but there is a custom cut sawmill in Fort White that will cut just about any length and dimension for incredibly cheap. Mostly cypress but he has a little of everything on hand.

Bears right, Its the old 18' solo I built a couple of years ago. Still going strong. Has made several week long trips on the suwannee. A couple of trips out to the islands down here. Even managed to run it thru the twists and turns on Juniper spring run. :shock:

Not sure if this goes here or not but its something that comes up every time we get ready for a trip. Seems like every time we plan a trip that we spend entirely way to much time getting everything together. We spend on average 4 or 5 hours ( sometimes allot longer) getting stuff together...

I have a Pentax Optio 33 WR. Its the older model of what Mick is using. Waterproof and small. It sits in my shirt pocket for quick pictures. I also carry a Panasonic FZ5 that has all the bells and whistles. 5 MP, 12X zoom. Image stabilization. But its not waterproof and stays in a pelican case...
