Baking on an island..

Imagine being stranded on an island for 4 days with no boats in sight. Problem is, you're tired of hamburger helper and want to bake biscuits for breakfast. Times running out, the sun's coming up, the fish are biting and you want something fast. You're lucky enough to carry a Primus stove. Now you just need knowledge. How can you cook up biscuits fast?

Use a cast iron Dutch oven. On a campfire would be better than the Primus. Or, one of those baking things with the fiberglass cloth hood (can't remember brand name right now, but they work nicely). A reflective oven works too. Cook flatbread on a hot rock.

My first choice is - and always will be - cast iron.
