Now, I know whaat sort of abuse I'll have to take from Kayak Jack......but here is a favorite at my house:

Cheese Grit Souffle

Cook 1 c quick grits in 4 1/2 c water with 1 t salt. When done, stir in 3/4 stick butter and 1 stick Kraft Cheese. Allow to cool.

Add 2 beaten eggs into 1/4 cup milk. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into buttered cass. dish and cover with 1 c crushed courn flakes. (mix flakes with 1/4 stick butter) ccover well and bake at 350 for 40-45 min.

Your turn, Jack

Cheers, Piper

You'll get no competition from me on this dish, Piper. Ya pays yer kwarter, an ya takes yer chances.

Now, get some stout beef broth, and use it to cook yellow corn meal to make scrapple. Add some scraps of good, roast beef (is there any other kind?) Eat a bunch of it hot, & pour the rest into a bread tin and refrigerate. Next morning, slice the cold mixture and fry them up. Add maple syrup for some JARVIS good eatin'!

But, your cheese gritz are likely good too
