I'm not sure Mick. Email me a bushel or so of them. I shall test them in my laboratory. I will test them in the classic manner. Steaming them with several beakers of dry white wine, several beakers of chicken reduction,and lots of garlic and butter.
I will clean up the lab with some nice crusty bread. :lol:
