This is my favorite paddle. There are hundreds of mangrove islands to navigate and getting off of the marked trails can be fun.

You paddle any where from 10' deep water to just enough to float your canoe. If you're not careful, and get caught at low tide, you may end up doing the swamp stomp. The bottom is mud to areas of crushed shell and full of sheepshead.

Ocasionally the dolphin come in and free jump or ball up bait for a meal.

Parking can be tough on weekends and the sand fleas will carry you away.

Bring your fishing rod for snook, redfish, trout, ladyfish and sheepshead.
