Can't cook steak out on the grill today, snow blowing in over the porch,
good time for Dining Car Steak
*stick of softened butter
*Fresh chopped parsley or dried if you don't have fresh
*A couple a squirts of lemon juice
*Couple of cloves of minced garlic
*onion powder
*salt and pepper
*couple of steaks

Mix up the butter, lemon juice, garlic and parsley, get some wax paper and roll it up into a stick. Put it in fridge until it gets hard.
Shake some salt, pepper and onion powder on both sides of the steak.
Broil the steak for about eight minutes on one side, flip the steak over and put some slices of the seasoned stick butter you made over the steak. Broil another eight minutes, slap another pad of the seasoned butter you made on top and serve.

Will go well with my twice baked potatos and spinach tonight. Oooops, moonshine grape juice wine as well. :D
