I wanted to share a web site with you that's a good idea for everyone to visit.

It is www.familywatchdog.us

When you visit this site you can enter your address and a map will pop up with a small icon of a house where you live.

Surrounding your house you will see red, blue, and green, dots covering your entire neighborhood.

When you click on one of these dots, a picture of a person will appear with an address and the description of the crime he or she has committed.

This site was developed by John Walsh from Americas Most Wanted .

Consider this just another tool to help us keep ourselves and our families safe.

Thanks for the link, Chuck! I had heard about this site on the radio but couldn't remember the address. It's pretty sobering to see all the evil garbage that's living in one's neighborhood. At the same time, empowering to know where they are, with names, faces, etc.

Geez.......I put in my home address in Louisiana and clicked the button and my hard drive went"pffft" and a ball of blue smoke came out of the cover.....guess it overloaded. I'm on a borrowed puter for a while now.

Thanks for the link. I put my address in and there are 17 offenders living in our town. And the sad thing is that we live in a small town of about 4,000.
