Thought I'd share one o' my easy Thanksgiving recipes with ya'll. . .

1/8 of a teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup white sugar
1 cup orange juice
1 (12 ounce) package fresh cranberries

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, dissolve the sugar and cinnamon in the orange juice. Stir in the cranberries, and cook until they start to pop (about 10 minutes). Remove from heat, and transfer to a bowl. Cranberry sauce will thicken as it cools.

Anyone else wanna add some to this? . . .

:D

Happy Thanksgiving, Ya'll!

1/8th teaspoon ground cloves

In a large sauce pan , combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil , reduce the heat, simmer uncovered until the berry's pop and the mixture thickens ( approx 15 to 20 min) . Cool and then refrigerate.
