Float's boat

Well, it took me awhile but here is a picture of my pride and joy:

... and that's my boat in the background!

This is a shot of my daughter on her birthday trip to the Everglades. It was her first time in the boat and she was in heaven. I was just a lttle proud!

BTW, we had 2 adults, 1 child, and a heavy cooler in the boat. We only had about 3 1/2" of freeboard, but the boat handled great.

I will bet that Aaron will build another pirogue just to carry his camping gear, cause this one sure looks loaded down with gear.

She sat on to cooler and we all had room for our legs! It was interesting with all the weight. I figure about 425lbs.
