Once in a fellow's life he has a really big idea that should make him rich. The key is to capitalize on it and make it happen.

Here's mine. When I strike it big with this one i'll fly Sparky north to visit Jack for a week.

I'm working on artificial fried okra, made with a tofu base. Don't tell anyone, this has to hit the market hard and fast or the Chinese will copy it.

Okra made from tofu - oughta work perfectly. No sense messing up TWO dishes - get the bad stuff all combined. Now, just toss in some viennie snausages, spam, Brussel sprouts,and greeitz you'll have it all together in one, disgusting mess.

Darn ... That sounds good , ya made me go out to the kitchen and mix some cayenne in with some corn meal to dunk the Tof-Okra in before frying.
I had the corn meal so I did not have to grind any grits finer then they already are.
