Chocolate Pudding
America’s favorite flavor of pudding made in minutes with ingredients off your shelf. Serve in pretty glass dishes.
1/2 C. Bisquick
3/4 Cup sugar
1/3 C. cocoa
1 C. Water
2 C.Milk
l. Combine baking mix, sugar and cocoa in large saucepan. Gradually stir in water and milk.
2. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium high heat until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute.
3. Cool, stirring occasionally. Spoon pudding into serving dishes, or cool in bowl, covered with plastic wrap pushed onto surface of pudding to prevent skin forming.
