I picked up a couple files and the fun began . First time forging a knife .
Well here is what came out of all that fire and hammering.

This little knife has a 3 inch blade ,full tang ,ceder handles .
There are still hammer marks showing on the blade and file teeth on the back of the knife.

This knife has a 4 1/4 blade file teeth still showing in places plus hammer marks from the forging ,full tang ,ceder handles .
I have been using this knife to cut leather ,it will hold an edge , I think this may wind up being my daily carry knife

I suspected as much, but just wanted to verify. That's why I said "appear". Thanks!

Matt that head on fire comes from going to fast in Jem kayaks.
I will holler if I ever start building for the public.
