Kraut, Keilbasa 'N Beer
Average size onion
Couple a spoonfuls butter
Can 'O' beer minus one sip
one 16 oz. can of kraut, rinse and drain
4 average size potatos
About a pound of Keilbasa
In a pot, saute your onion in butter until soft. Add your keilbasa to brown.
Add your beer, potatos and kraut. Mix it up and salt/pepper to your liking.
Bring it up to a boil cover and simmer around 20-25 minutes. Make sure the potatos are soft and serve.
