My sweet wife was feeling a bit lazy tonight so she wanted to fis something simple. She got out four large chicken breast and put them in a pyrex dish. She rubbed them with olive oil and put a little seasoning on them (which was probally Tonys and pepper). Then she coated them with the Rooster Brand Garlic Chilie Sauce. Cooked them in the oven then let them cool some. One can of whole corn and one can of creamed corn mixed togeather with sauteed onion and bellpepper in butter. If ya don't like spicy then don't try this. That was sooo good. Nothing could be simpler to fix that taste so good. Did wish I had some Bacon Candy for desert though. :wink:
