Guy's Jean sent this to me and it is just to good to not share with you... :D I am sure you will not like it.
Kahuna they only use 5 cloves of garlic , ya might want to add more , I would , Naturally none of us like to eat good tasty chow.

PIZZA DOUGH
(This dough is very like a Pizza Hut-Style Base)

INGREDIENTS
1 1/3 cups water
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons cornmeal (cornflower)
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast (dried yeast)

DIRECTIONS

BREAD MACHINE
Add all the ingredients according to manufacturer and set to dough setting.

FOOD PROCESSOR
Place water, sugar, salt and olive oil in processor bowl, pulse to dissolve
sugar. Add yeast, flour and process until a soft ball forms. Remove, cover
and allow to rise 45 minutes covered with a towel.

BY HAND
Follow processor instructions for the addition of ingredients, knead 7-10
minutes and leave 45 minutes to rise. deflate dough gently and allow to rest
another 15 minutes before shaping into desired crust.

Refrigerate pre-made dough in an oiled bag for up to 2 days if you prefer to
make ahead.

TOMATO BASE
1 can of whole peeled tomatoes
2 to 5 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon of dried or 1/2 tablespoon of fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon of dried or 1/2 tablespoon of fresh oregano

DIRECTIONS
Peel the garlic cloves and chop the herbs finely. Drain the juice from the
tomatoes. Place the tomatoes, peeled garlic cloves, tomato paste and chopped
herbs in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. If desired
strain through a sieve to remove the tomato seeds.

NOTE: This Pizza base you can manage how you wish, ie, 1-2 medium sized
pizzas...or my own preference is to form the dough into 5 equal pieces to
make mini pizza breads which turn out similar to the Italian "Focaccia"!

They are delicious I promise and your toppings of course are optional, my
family favorites are: Proscuito, fresh Mozzarella cheese and mushrooms, or
Pepperoni: pepperoni slices, mushrooms, olives, red and green capsicum,
fresh mozzarella cheese and of course for ALL, a nice tomato sauce base to
begin with as with the recipe above.

(If you cannot find fresh Mozzarella cheese then a mixture of your favorite
cheeses is naturally suitable!)

Jean did not say anything about using the backpacker to cook this when out camping ...... I can not see any reason why it would not work since anything can be cooked from scratch in it , but only if you like good eating.
