Lazyriverguy's post about the ribs his bride cooked up in the Kayak Jack pot ( Crock Pot :lol: ) got me to wanting some.

Went in today and got a mess of the boneless country pork ribs ,( Two packs of them ) they have been cooking all day in a 50 - 50 mix of some good BBQ Sauce and water. Dam ... They are smelling some sort of good.

With any luck I might have some left over for tomorrow , shredded , and in a sandwich , it all depends on how many of them are left over and the wife does not take them for her lunch at something /place called w%@k.

Just take the ribs , toss them in the crock pot and cover them with a 50 - 50 mix of BBQ Sauce and water..... Spoon off the fat as they cook (if you did not get the lean [ all the fat trimmed off ] , boneless ones ) ... When done , enjoy.

What was left after two hungry adults and a starving Pup... You tell him he is not starving after he has smelled these cooking all day. :lol:

YEP.... Some good sandwiches tomorrow :D
