Sunday my son and I went to the gun show ( you wouldn't beleive the crowd and were buying like women at a Dept. store sale-- but that is another story). On the way home he ask me if I'd ever tried any rooster sauce. He calls it that cause the is a rooster on the bottle. The name of it is Sriranca hot chili sauce - Tuong Ot Sriancha. The whole front of the bottle is covered in some kind of Chinkoneese writing. We stopped at the store and got some before going home. Stuff is pretty good. Does not have that vinegar taste. If you like a good warm glow that will stay with you for a while, and a very garlic flavor, pick a bottle of this up and give it a try. Clear plastic bottle with red stuff in it and a green cap. The Boy squeezes it out on chips and eats it.

Been using it for years Bob.....I like the heat and the garlic. Fried fish....Wings...all good with that stuff. My local watering hole keeps it on the tables right nest to Tabasco. I kind of swing back and forth between the two.
