Can you sail from Grenada to St Lucia in 4 days on a 38ft sailing catamaran? Staying overnight at islands on the way - we can not sail between 6pm and 6am. During the month of April.

If I understood this correctly during the month of April you cannot sail between 6pm and 6am. Is this correct? If so, why and where?
