14 ounces salad oil
12 cloves garlic
12 small onions
14 tbs mustard
7 tbs Zatarains
7 tsp black pepper
14 tbs Worchestershire Sauce
1 small can tomato paste

Sam didnt have Zatarains, so hiz recipe calls fer 14 tbs of black pepper. My Mom sez she likes it better with the Zatarains. Besides salads, Miz Bear 'n me been usin' it az a dip (fer chips, squash, cucumbers) 'n I even made a tomato sammich with it instead of jest mayo.
I asked Mom how come an Italian would call fer salad oil, not olive oil. She sez it wuz the Depressin' Times 'n olive oil wuz hard ta come by.....even if ya knew Don Vito Andolini. :wink:
