Sheena's Mom's Sweet 'Tater Pie!

2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons of butter, softened
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 unbaked pastry shell

Combine potatoes, butter and eggs, mixing well
Combine sugar, flour and salt, stir into potato mixture
Combine buttermilk and baking soda
Stir in vanilla
Pour into pastry shell
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes, or until set
