Over the past year or so, I've been building a Point Bennet sea kayak, stitch and glue. I had to lay it out from a table of offsets, and although I strived to be very thorough in my measurements, I had great difficulty getting it to come together nicely without humps and bumps. Now that I have it glued, glassed and epoxied I notice that there is a slight twist to it. So my question is, how is this going to affect performance? Will it want to constantly turn in one direction?

I had it in the water once to test it and found it a little tippy. I built if for my wife, but I think it's going to end up as mine as she is going to want something a little more stable. She really likes the plastic Necky Eskia that we have now.
