Thank you. Here is similar to your home. Health is holding well. We're grateful for loved ones and friends. Also the freedoms that we have. Having freedom to choose for ourselves is precious, and volatile. It can be taken away from us, and we must guard it carefully.

As to eating our Thanksgiving dinner, none of you need over eat; I'm taking care of that for you. No need to thank me. Go on with you now,, and enjoy your celery and carrot sticks..

I thought you would do that for all of us so that's just one more reason to be thankful this season.
YES !!! Carrot sticks and Celery with cream cheese as a filling in the celery , doesn't get any better then that for snacks.

Well, I just finished a snack of fresh shrimp. Now enjoying coffee and spple pie.

All of my celery is now chopped, sauteed, and in the cornbread dressing, being saved for tomorrow and Saturday.

Around here it will be turkey hash ( Turkey mixed with dressing , gravy and cranberries on the side ) in a few days. The rest of the bird was carved , freezer bagged and will become turkey dinners some time later down the road when the cook ( Me ) is to lazy to make a meal.
I like to make more then we will eat. then I can freeze a couple of meals for the future. Especially soups and stews are always better the next day or later on.

1st a break from turkey,
For supper tomorrow I am going to do a nice mixed salad. Then some Sweet Potato fries with a couple Italian Sausages and zucchini as a side. A meal where each item compliments the other.
