Ron I know their is a lot of twist in the angle pcs. I added to the tongue...I welded a pc. of angle to form a box in order to clamp on the Tongue Jack but I need to weld another pc. behind it to the center tonge which is 2X3 box..... If I were to make a trailer from scratch it would be all put...

Well I got the bug earlier this year to build an alternative to our pop-up tent camper we have used for 20 yrs....Something a little easier to set up and just down size the camping experience..It is 5'X10'... Built with the wife in mind..for here to be able to stand in and couldn't forget Air...

An update I did later this summer but never posted....Redid the rudder to downsize yet add weight to the blade to keep it down.....Ant the ultimate foot control is comfortable..just move the stick side-to-side and still have a foot platform to push against....And relocated the rod holders....

Revive this post to say I have used nothing but my Greenland paddles all year..weather fishing or paddling 5 miles..they are light and keep up with the euro paddlers...
