As long as I use a water based stain I can epoxy over it right? Sorry if I asked this or it has been covered before. Couldn't find it in a search.

After building a boat that I felt had to be painted,I plan on varnishing the next one. My question is,can I put stickers/decals on the boat and epoxy over them? I want to put the Jem logo and my name on it but I want it to be in the epoxy and not on it. Is that do-able?

OK so I bought some kevlar to wrap the ends of my pirogue to protect it from all the oysters in the area I frequent. The problem is I can't cut it! It's like this stuff is bulletproof. :D So what do I do to cut it? :? Hope the kevlar was a good idea anyway???

If I enclose an area of my boat,do I have to ventilate it if I fill it with foam?
