A mess free Omelet.......

Take what ever you like or if with a group out camping.

When with a group set out some cubed ham , bacon bits , cheese chunks , sliced mushrooms , salsa , etc.
Now take a zipper-close freezer bag and add two large eggs into your bag, agitate it to scramble the eggs. Add what ever you want in the omelet.

Squeeze the air out of the bag and zip it up. Place the bag in rolling boiling water for exactly 15 minutes.
Open the bag and the contents will roll out easily and you have your Omelet.

We do this one every Sunday morning on our Boy Scout campouts. It makes cleanup a breeze and the Scouts can be packing gear while breakfast cooks.

Make sure you use the freezer bags though, with cheap bags you get poached eggs.

Haggis is Gaelic for barf and gritz cooked in a sheep's stomach. Haggis ala mode has Viennie snausages added.

FIRE in the hole!

(NOTE to Belly & Griz: There is a running fire fight here about local foods and customs and how much we can pull the other guy's tail about them. I, of course, am right. (Righteous sounding snicker))

(Just part of the culture on here. That's culture as in yogurt or penicillin.)
