HI, THis is for my Italian Brother "Oldyaker" and everyone else. It is better and much cheaper than the canned variety you can get at Italian Grocery stores.
Kahuna
Antipasto

2 each Green peppers
2 each Stalks of celery
1 each Garlic clove
1 each Flowerets of med cauliflower
1 cup Tuna fish drained
1 teaspoon Granulated sugar
1 each Medium onion
3 each Carrots
1/2 pound Sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons Oil
1 each Juice of one lemon
13 ounce Bottle of ketchup
**I like to add a few chopped or sliced sweet gherkin pickles.
Yield: 10 servings Finely chop peppers, onion, celery, carrots, garlic,
mushrooms and cauliflower; cook in hot oil for 5 minutes, mix well. Cook 5
minutes. Pour into sterilized jars, cool and refrigerate(not neccessary if you eat right away.) I like to eat it with good old fashioned Saltine Crackers.
