    1-chicken Cut-Up

    *1-cup chicken broth
    *1/2 stick butter
    *2-tsp rosemary
    *2-cloves garlic minced(more if you like)
    *1/2-cup fresh lemon juice
    *1-tsp Kitchen Bouquet
    *1-tsp Beau Monde Seasoning

    *Combine the above ingredients less the chicken and bring to a boil.

    Salt and pepper chicken pieces and broil until brown.
    Pour marinade over chicken pieces. Bake uncovered in 350 degree
    oven until done.

    Sounds good and I had to look up the Beau Monde Seasoning. It has everything in it that I like and sounds like a good spice to use.
    I am going to get some and try it with various recipes as something to kick them up a bit. :D

    Then give your recipe a try since I will have everything here including the Beau Monde Seasoning and two large rosemary plants next to my planter full of Mint that I like to have with my Tea.
