Launched the Croc at Dixie Inn and started fishing. Missed several fish on a buzz bait, so I tried my "homemade" torpedo. Caught this bass and four more on it. Don't get much better than catching fish with a bait you made . That bait has been elevated to "custom handcrafted lure".

Added two goggleye and two more bass including this nice one caught on a jig.

Saw these three guys grubbing for worms, but I don't think the were useing them for bait.

Had to go again. My fishing buddy and I had a super morning, catching about 25 bass and several goggleye. These probably don't count on this site, we used my bass boat. We did see two kayaks. This was the best fish of the morning.

Thanks for the link beekeeper. I really like poppers then spooks. You inspired me so I setup the lathe tonight and did what is going to be a spook. It looked like the easiest to start with.
