Bibomo's Fried Okra Salad

[Bibomo]

Make the following and do not combine until ready to serve. It won't last long!

Fried okra either home breaded or 1 large sack from freezer.
1 pound of good bacon fried and crumbled up
A couple stalks of green onion diced
1 large tomato diced and drained or a basket of those grape size tomatoes left whole

Toss altogether and serve immediately. It doesn't store well because of all the moisture, but it is great fresh!

Been known to throw in some red pepper flakes for the Spicy friends.

I just love All Salad and Specially I like Grapes Salad but I have read this comment for Bibomo's Fried Okra Salad. I want to try at my home and then I'll Post comment about this dish, till then waiting..
