Calling All Garlic Lovers

If you like roasted garlic, here is how easy it can be:

Six heads of garlic
2 Tbsp olive oil

Lay the garlic heads on aluminum foil, sprinkle olive oil over them. Loosely wrap the foil. Place in crockpot & cook on low for 8 hours.

I wish I could make it more complicated - but I can't. It's that simple.

Almost the same as the oven method. Cut the tops off each head, rub some olive oil over the cut portion of each head, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place heads on foil lined baking sheet cut side down. Bake for about an hour at 350 or until heads are soft. Remove from oven to cool. Once cool, squeeze the heads to expel the garlic.

Yep - oven's quicker; crockpot's cooler. Either way, you get some good toothpaste, ehh?
