Bearridge my friend we think alike. I judge some areas by the noise I hear at night. I'm happy to say I was surprised, no highway noise, trucks going thru the gears, or them Harley boyz. Very few houses, a nice paddle.

I went on a tuesday thru wed and had it all to myself. It was shallow, that's why I'm using the rental.

Noise on a river in the evening is often a combination. Railroads often followed rivers. Highways often followed railroads.

Only the river is quiet.
