I was camping with John Depa , on a fishing trip , when he was using his Cooke Tarp and we had one nasty storm , rain & wind. The tarp held up like a champion and keep us dry while cooking and sitting out the rain. unfortunately , for us the rain lasted all afternoon and that night which cut into the fishing time.
It is nice to have a shelted from the weather when it turns nasty.
