Crawfish is 99 cents a lb. in grocery stores around here. How is it in La.
Friend of mine went over to Bear Creed Park in Katy Sat. to help cook crawfish for some big shindig. They were going to cook 5300 lb. of crawfish. With the cookers they had it was going to take about an hour. This same guy just bought a smoker that will do 20 brisket at a time.
Just thought that was interesting.
