I think when the weather gets too hot a lot of people just decide to take the risk , they figure that they will only be in the water for a minute just long enough to cool down a little and besides that is the sort of thing that happens to other people
Personally I only swim in swimming pools these days , got shown in no uncertain terms just how quick a croc can be when I pig I was about to shoot with my bow got taken by a croc while having a drink at the waters edge , just as quick as the blink of a eye , just a splash and the pig was gone , not even enough time for the pig to squeal , there have been getting more and more sightings of big crocs around here lately , warm winter and hot summer seems to increase their range some what
