Guy's, I'm babysitting the Grand Daughter this week. I wanted something simple, easy and good for dinner tonight since I'm busy with her and getting myself ready for an upcoming paddling trip.
I just took the lid off the crock pot and had a sample. Wow is it good! With some biscuits and corn it will be a comfort meal for the 3 of us tonight!
Sun is strong and out and melting the driveway and roof on the house. Temps are coming up out of single digit and will be 50 by weeks end. Spring is in the air!
Bon Appetite'....Jack, tell Jarvis stop over for dinner.
