Drop in Middle seat for a Grumman G17

Hey all,

I got a Old Grumman G17 last year and i am wanting to get a middle seat to take the family out and to solo while fishing. But I cant find anything that looks like it will work.I have a friend who can fabricate one I just don't know what to do.

Google "Drop in Canoe Seat " there are several different ones. Even one specifically for a Grumman Canoe.

yah I have done that unfortunately all the seats for the G17's have been out of stock for a year now. and the ones for similar size canoes I cant find if they will fit the G17

Maybe your friend can make a drop i seat so you can have it to use when it's needed.
