No matter how many times you see it, there is still a sort of electric excitement to seeing a set of sides, joined and resting on sawhorses.......you can almost see the sunrise over the bayou.......

The outrigger float in that second site is designed exactly as I envision one should be - hydrodynamically clean, lightly arched.

Those boats would be a lot of fun on open water.

Okay, here are some pictures on my pirogue Mingrev's Refuge:

I guess it's lopsided because the port side rub rail is thinner than the starboard side rub rail.
