Took the boat out all day to my favorite crystal clear water lake for a fishing trip all by my lonesome. Caught some gills...no crappy.....biggest catch of the day was when I went to the boat house to say good by to my friends who run the place. Ernie and his wife Betty who run the place are great folks. At the end of this month they head out for the winter to stay in Corpus Christi Texas. ANYWAY...Ernie was a cook in the Army and is always cooking up some good grub. Smelled some good grub cooking when I walked in the boat house...they said Mike..sit down..your haveing supper with us before you head out!! Bubba flopped his butt down and Betty served him up a piled high plate of Chinese Stir fry and rice...topped it off with a Sweet Tater Casserole for dessert.
