This was in todays paper and I have to try it .... but with a twist to it. I intend to add a couple pats of some good butter in with the olive oil and might even put in a drop or two of some lemon juice.

Also thinking that the McCormick Garlic Herb Seasoning Blend would be good on some chicken breasts when done on the grill. "O" Well back to the shrimp.

In a skillet , heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil on medium heat.

Add one pound of large peeled and deveined uncooked shrimp, cook and stir about 4 minutes or till the shrimp are pink.

Stir in 1 tablespoon McCormick Garlic Herb Seasoning Blend and 2 tablespoons of a dry white wine , to coat the shrimp.
Spoon then over some rice and serve.

Chuck.
