Happy St Patrick's Day.

Siting here having a ice tea I am thinking that all of you are ready for St.Patrick's Day. It's a good excuse for some mighty fine eating.

I am ready , there is a nice slab of Corn Beef waiting to go in the crock pot , the head of cabbage is ready to slice and cook while the potatoes will get cooked later on with the corn beef. I like to toss the potatoes in when there is about 2 hours left on cooking the meat. The cabbage will be steamed in it's own pot.

Then the next day there are the left overs which I really enjoy , it seams that everything is better the next day and there are so many ways of having them.

same to you chuck and rest of you geezers. well just all come over to your house chuck for dinner. sounds like you are going to have a nice meal. we can thro in joeys fish if he dont eat them on his trip. :?: :lol:
