Spread caramel syrup on top
Cover top with finely chopped Heath Bars (freezer bag and a hammer does this pretty well)
Sliced Granny Smaith apples are about the best things to scrape this up with. You can use the straight cut edge and live out your Bulldozer Operator fantasies. Yum.
