Hot Dog !!!!!!!

Here's one that even Jack might like and I know he hates Hot Dogs. Anyway they are some good ideas for kids parties or even for us adults that do like Hot Dogs.

I like the ideas - no matter how old those kids may be. Fun foods can be knteresting, folded into good times.

But, Jack would use brats or homemade sausage to get better meat.. I prefer to not eat eyelids, lips, sphincters.and such.

You could always kick it up a notch with some of that good Cajun Andouile Sausage.

Yes! Plus some Tabasco.

I make my own sausage. I use a Ninja food chopper. Lean pork loin, sage, garlic, onion, salt. Sometimes caroway or fennel seed. Maybe other spices too, as the mood strikes.

We buy wonton wraps at a local Asian market. A rounded teaspoon of sausage fits in there, and wet the edges to seal it up. Cook these by frying or steaming or boiling or deep fat frying. JARVIS good eatin!
