How long to wait.

Just about ready to Varnish How long do you guys wait after the last epoxy coat? I think Old Sparky waits three weeks how about the rest of you?

The brand of epoxy you use may be a factor. Read manufacturers recommendations.

Keith and I use West Systems and usually don't wait more than a couple of days.

Yep, I also use West Sytem 105 resin and 207 hardener. and varnish the very next day or so.

some other resins have problems with ammine blush so check with the manufacturer.
