Maps came in from the park. For $6.50 you get a large map of the park, a guide pamphlet on routes in the park, and a bunch of flyers on the park and others in Ontario, Ca.
I noticed it cost them $5.50 just to mail them!
Jack got his also and has laid out a grid for the larger map , and only over the Miji Lake.
The others will want to get their maps also.
I am getting to excited about this. The information gives one a ton of places to venture into. One is a jaunt into some woods to try and locate the Woodland Caribou that stay in the park. Rare to sight, but wouldn't it be a hoot to take a picture of them?
Jack promises lots of Loons on the lakes.
Brochures promise brown trout and lake trout just waithing to be hooked.
If I get to worked up please forgive me...
The info packs can be got ( I used the phone) from the following:

Lake Superior Provincial Park, PO Box# 267, Wawa, Ontario POS 1KO. Or call 705.856.2284

It took almost three weeks to get them.
Now to finish the canoe, add a couple things to the canoe trailer... oh yea! Anyone have an extra wheel barrel? Chuck insists on riding everywhere in comfort!
A name is forming for the group... The Cardiac Paddlers !
Look out Canada! :p
